George Demands that Money be Passed on to Those Who Need it Most
|
Following a radical whilst sensible pre budget report, the Chancellor Alistair Darling announced an additional £15 million for frontline debt and financial advice services. Scotland’s share of that £15 million is £1 million, in addition to the UK wide website and helpline, and yesterday George called on Alex Salmond to make sure that that money went straight to the services it was set aside for, and not used on something else by the SNP.
