No Place for the BNP in Scotland

George was this week more than happy to sign Shirley- Anne Sommerville’s motion entitled ‘No Place for BNP in Scotland’, after the BNP threatened and then failed to find a candidate for the upcoming Forth council by-election on 6th November. George said, “The British National Party have made worrying gains in some English councils, but the fact that their Scotland wing couldn’t even find a candidate shows that their politics of hatred and bigotry have no place in Scotland”.
