George this week paid tribute to war hero and Hearts legend James Low, who 95 after missing a Hearts team photo because he had a lecture, had his boots filled by his nephew, in a humbling and iconic retake of the picture he missed.
The Hearts team, along with 600 brave fans, formed the McCrae Battalion and became the first sports team in history to fight. James Low went on to survive the Battle of the Somme, where 20,000 less fortunate British servicemen died in just one day.
